Turkey Transformation

So if you have over eaten yet still have tons of leftovers you will love this turkey transformation!

Turkey Chili
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 ribs of celery, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2- 15oz cans black beans, drained
1- 28oz can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cups bone broth or stock
4 cups of turkey (I use kitchen scissors to cut mine up)

In my instapot on sauté setting I sauté the veggies in olive oil. Next I add the dry seasoning. Then I add the bone broth followed by beans and tomatoes. Lastly I add turkey. I stir it well then change the setting to slow cooker for 2 hours! Then serve with chips, cheese, sour cream, green onions or your favorite toppings!

Enjoy!
