Peace… in this crazy life.

When I smile and say No Thank You, it’s not about you but- it’s about me. It’s me desperately seeking Peace. Learning to say No is new for me and still a struggle just like defining Peace. Peace is different for each of us and the struggle is real. To live up to our God Given abilities and talents, remaining true to ourselves, while focused on the One who created us all while doing life. Life can leave us overworked, underwhelmed, and on a continuous cycle for MORE!

When our todo list is overwhelming it is time to retreat to the One who created us rest in Him.

When Summer is here….

I’ve been reminded too often lately that we are not promised tomorrow. Life truly is short and we plan like we are gonna live forever. Thankfully we do not have to fear death because Jesus promised that He will give eternal life to all those who put their faith in Him (John 10:28).

“All people are like grass,

    and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;

the grass withers and the flowers fall,

  but the word of the Lord endures forever.” 1 Peter 1:24-25
