The Best Summer Ever

Memorial Day is the unofficial start of the summer. Do you have a favorite Summer tradition? What are your Summer Plans? We identified last week that we have 80 Days of Summer! We are focusing on God, Family, Fun, Freedom! We are making deliberate decisions to clean out the clutter, seek peace, enjoy each other, what we have, watch movies, and check out boxes on our 80 DAYS OF SUMMER 🌞

This is the 80 Days of Summer Poster we made last week! In week one we checked off many already 💚

This morning Clay Scroggins at Northpoint was talking about the Best Summer Ever 🍦

It was if he was speaking directly to me and our 80 Days of Summer 🌞Here are a few talking points and questions from Clay:

This Summer…..

•Will you be “Glad we did or wish we had?”

•Are we going to do the things that will change our lives or wish we had…

•All can change if we just decide to change.

•What if something you do this Summer changes your life forever!!!

•Best Summer Habits- can change you

•I wish I had done it or changed it?

•Change on the inside-it will change you on the outside and how you see the world!

•Paradigm shift

•Say YES to the best and NO to the rest

•Clay referenced Proverbs 21:31

The horse is made ready for the day of battle,

but victory rests with the Lord. Proverbs 21:31

•God wants to give us victory in life!

•Our job is to prepare the horse.

•God’s job is to give you the victory in life.

What about you friends will this be the Summer of Change? After watching Northpoint I looked up paradigm shift:

par·a·digm shift

1 a fundamental change in approach or underlying assumptions.

So Friends think of Something you want to do this Summer that will change your life forever! Then I’d love to hear from you.

Happy Summer!
