Yummy one skillet brunch
1 lb Chicken ground sausage
1 onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
6 new potatoes diced
2 gala apples cored & diced
1T olive oil
1 t ground safe
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauté onion in olive oil. Then brown chicken sausage. Then add new potatoes and apples. When everything softens add seasonings -stirring often. Usually ready in 20 minutes! Many times I throw in 2-3 cups of fresh spinach however I’m out of spinach today.🎄
