If you’ve followed me long at all you know that I get excited for new weeks, new months, and New Years! So much hope and possibly. Each morning we get to continue the path to our goals and dreams. Yesterday’s failures are gone and thankfully God’s mercies are new each morning (Lamentations 3:23).

So today I’m starting a new path and I could not be more excited! It’s been three years in the making. **Major Life Change** I’m stepping out in faith! Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see (Hebrews 11:1).

No more – I will do this when…..

My when is TODAY! I’m getting my priorities in order, cleaning out the clutter, and seeking the simplified life. As a type “A” check the box girl this will be a challenge. What I do know is that God honors our decisions when we put our trust solely in Him. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go? (Joshua 1:9).

So today my journey begins. I’ve read all the books now time to put those ideas into action. Today, I started Emily Ley’s 31 simple steps to decluttering. However, I jumped to Day 18/31 because my closet was long overdue! Decluttering is just the first challenge for me in this second half of 2018! Over the next few months I will share more of my 2018 goals! But for now I’m back to decluttering!
