Simple Protein Balls

I’m always looking for lunch box healthy friendly snacks that Shelton likes too! This is a super quick and recipe. Just a quick warning….your helper may eat as many as they make 😋


Ingredients:

2 Cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

1 Cup Sunbutter

1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder

1/2 Cup Raw Honey

1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Directions:

Blend the first four ingredients in a food processor and pulse till well blended. Then scrap into a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and stir. Next make into a 1″ ball.

We made 36. However I feel sure if your helper is not eating as she goes you will make more!

Place in the refrigerator at least a few hours. Then place into an airtight container and return it to the refrigerator till serving!
