Sunday afternoons after church and lunch during nap time I’m preparing for the week ahead. That includes cooking, organizing, and mountains of laundry. 

Several years ago I bought organic virgin wool dryer balls and essential oils because of allergies to dryer sheets in our home. What I love about the dryer balls is that they help dry clothes faster and help fight wrinkles! 

I use several scents of essential oils however I only use 100% pure essential oils, meaning they are never extracted or cut with chemicals or substances, contain no synthetics or additives, and their natural properties are never altered or removed. Did you know there are actually 4 grades of essential oils. 100% pure, organic, extended or altered, synthetic. There is no such thing as “therapeutic grade”.
