Listen to your body and a training plan!!! Today my plan said run 8miles steady. Well I knew that would be a stretch for me. Instead I decided 5 miles would be better. Half way in this morning (78* 100% humidity) I realized I would need to change my plan. So I ran 2 miles steady 2 mile of intervals then last mile steady. I didn’t reach my time goal but I did reach my distance goal! 👟Now to cool down, recovery smoothie with a soak and enjoy this beautiful day🌞
