Nut Free Pesto

She was so proud she picked the basil (roots and all). So we set out to make pesto she can eat (dairy free and nut free). 

NUT FREE PESTO

2 cups fresh basil

2 cloves of fresh garlic

1/3 cup Pecorino Romano (sheep cheese)

1/3 cup olive oil 

Blend basi & garlic in a food processor 

Then add pecorino and drizzle olive oil will pulsing the food processor.

Salt & pepper to taste

Serve with gluten free crackers or bread.
