Today it’s February 25th and our second living like Christmas of 2019. This month Shelton decided to buy items for the animal shelter. The last time we made a donation at the shelter they said they always need paper towels and bleach. So along with food and a toy we were set to live like Christmas today! So incase you are new to the blog I will explain why we are celebrating Christmas on the 25th of each month ❤️💚

After Christmas was over Shelton said she wished everyone acted like it was Christmas. I asked her what she meant and she said “nicer thinking about baby Jesus and giving more than getting”.

So we decided on the 25th of each month we would do something to celebrate Christmas 🎄 Take food to the food bank, make a donation, doggy treats to the shelter, or make a card for someone and mail it. Each month will be different with the same theme of living like it’s Christmas all year long! And yes- that means Christmas movies, crafts, or baking too. I’ve always heard that people are nicer at Christmas. Why can’t we live like that all year long?
